Working directly with Justin on construction and Sadie on design, you’ll experience a streamlined process without the need to manage multiple contacts. Every detail—from floor plan functionality to architectural style—is thoughtfully considered and efficiently executed, creating a strong foundation for your home.

Step 2: Interior Design

With so many options available for finishes and fixtures, interior design decisions can quickly feel overwhelming. That’s where Sadie comes in. She works closely with you to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and the overall feel you want to achieve—then thoughtfully narrows selections that align with your vision.

From tile and cabinetry to lighting and countertops, we provide curated guidance and a streamlined selection process. The result is a home that feels cohesive, intentional, and uniquely yours—without the stress of endless decisions.

Step 3: Construction

Throughout the build, you’ll communicate directly with Justin and Sadie, who will guide you through selections, timelines, and what to expect at each stage. Their hands-on approach ensures clear communication, consistent oversight, and a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish.

As a small, dedicated team, we’re actively involved on-site, delivering key aspects of the build in-house—including framing, siding, soffit and fascia, concrete flatwork, and finish carpentry. With a strong focus on quality, transparency, and craftsmanship, we’re committed to building a home that exceeds expectations—thoughtfully executed from the ground up.
